Advanced from Field Inspector/Investigator of insured assets to Lead Claims Adjuster. Responsible for examination, negotiating, clarification, and closing the majority of claims in the department. Special Projects - Conducted multi-building energy audits to complete written reports on energy conservation recommendations to upper level management. Development and design of an energy management system targeting heating, cooling, heat evacuation, and lighting saving the institution an average of $70,000/year. Spear-headed several safety programs including lock-out tag-out and MSDS education, to name a few, and was promoted to be team supervisor/leader on all installation projects. Assisted management as a liaison between contractors for complete building renovation projects.
